Frequently Asked Questions with Jonathan Quail
A:
I have been a spiritual
seeker searching for the truth for most of my life and, as part my
journey, have tried many different forms of meditation over the last
decade, starting with Transcendental Meditation™, which I started practising every day
in 1998. I was a professional squash player living just outside London at the time I
learnt to meditate.
What prompted me to learn how to meditate was a car
journey I made in order to attend some training for the company that I
was working for part-time at that stage. I had to leave at about 4 a.m.
to arrive for the training by 9 a.m. and then drive back again at 7 p.m.
that night. On the way back, I remember feeling incredibly drowsy and
almost falling asleep at the wheel on a number of occasions. Eventually,
I pulled off at a roadside service station and attempted to sleep, but
couldn’t, and so had to resort to buying and taking some caffeine
pills to make sure I did not fall asleep while driving the rest of the
way. I have never liked taking any form of drug and had heard of
meditation and its rejuvenating benefits, and vowed to learn to meditate
so this would never have to happen to me again. It is strange how
something that has played such a major part in my spiritual awakening
was prompted by a small, everyday incident like this!
After a few years of doing the Transcendental Meditation™
technique ‘by the book’ I started coming across other meditation
techniques during the course of my spiritual seeking, and being a
creative type, tried many of them, experimenting with breathing,
binaural-beat sound frequencies, touching chakra points, channeling
energy into and moving it around my body, toning and introducing
prayer, visualisation and affirmations into the meditation process.
This process has taken a number of years for the different meditation
techniques that are part of the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack to be
tried, tested and perfected. In fact, the Pack is the product of a
36-year (my current age) spiritual journey.
I know the meditation techniques and the whole Lifesync™
Integral Transformation (LIT)
programme works because it has helped me experience
states of peace, joy and even
bliss that are quite awesome. I live in a state of almost continuous
peace, even though I am an entrepreneur involved in a number of business
ventures that could create great stress if I allowed them to. I now find
myself ‘flowing with life’ and able to perform at a high level in
almost everything I do. I would credit meditation with much of this
ability I enjoy, and 'joy', 'peace' and 'flow' is how I would describe my life and
the inner state that I abide in most of the time.
I have also understood what
the truth is and some might say I am ‘enlightened’
as a result, although I prefer not to make such claims. I am simply
happy and peaceful because I understand that there is only peace and
love in reality and all else is an illusion of the mind. Again, I would credit meditation with helping me to gain much of this understanding,
as it has given me consistent experiences of deep inner peace to match
the knowledge I have gained through reading books and contemplating the nature of life and
truth. This
understanding has been the product of my whole life experience over the
last 36 years, so I cannot promise instant enlightenment when you
meditate using these techniques, but I can promise that you will
accelerate your spiritual journey of understanding the truth greatly and experience far more peace, joy and happiness along
the way, and what more can one really ask for from life?

Q: You mention meditation
and reading as practices that have helped you to attain the state of consciousness you have reached now. What other practices can you
recommend people do to become more enlightened and experience more inner
peace?
A: Meditating at least
once, but preferably twice, per day and consciously practising radical forgiveness at every opportunity, which should also
be practised daily as part of the Forgiveness meditation technique
included in the Lifesync™ Meditation
Power Pack, would be the top two on my list of spiritual
practices or techniques I would recommend people do on a daily basis. I
have incorporated the 10-step
Radical Forgiveness process I have formulated through my reading and
experience into the ‘Forgiveness’
meditation technique that is part of the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack so you are able to do
both in one session, but there will be many opportunities to forgive
others and the world that arise in the course of your journey through
life, and these should be forgiven away as soon as possible to avoid storing
negative energy, which is extremely toxic and the dis-ease of which
inevitably causes disease if allowed
to sit in one’s subtle energy system for any length of time.
I would also recommend doing other integral transformative practices that are
incorporated into the LIT programme,
such as consciously letting
go of thoughts about the past and future to remain
present in the Now moment as often as possible, reading enlightening
and inspiring books (a
recommended list of which is included in the LIT programme), praying (included in the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack as part of
the ‘Forgiveness’ meditation),
exercising regularly while breathing properly (detailed in the ‘Meditation in Motion’ meditation technique in the
Pack),
eating healthily (an excellent book that will show how to eat in a way that is
biochemically correct has been included in the recommended
reading list you will receive when you invest in the Pack or full LIT
programme) and finding and
doing the work you were born to do (which
will be revealed as your spiritual journey unfolds), all
of which will come fairly easily and naturally once you are meditating
and practising forgiveness regularly.
To become a great concert pianist, you must diligently develop your skills by
playing basic melodies for many hours before you are able to start
playing more difficult pieces of music and ultimately, become a master pianist.
Using this analogy, the basic tunes in the spiritual
journey towards mastery of yourself and life are the practices of
meditation and forgiveness, which are the essential foundation for
understanding, and ultimately, mastering, the complex symphony that life
appears to be and making what appears to be complex, simple. Just like becoming a virtuoso concert pianist, becoming
an enlightened spiritual master usually takes disciplined practice over the
course of many years.

Q: Why did you create the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack and LIT programme?
A: My greatest desire
is to help people who are stressed and suffering - states that
unfortunately seem to be the norm rather than the exception for the majority of people living in
the world today - to find and experience
the truth I have come to understand that will set them free from
their pain and suffering, all of which is ultimately self-created. The meditation techniques
in the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack are designed to help people to have various peaceful,
joyful and illuminating experiences during meditation and so change
their perception of themselves and life and rewire their brains in the process, enabling them to experience more peace in their daily lives
and ultimately, to live in a
state of inner peace and joy all the time, even when the proverbial
‘shit hits the fan’, as it is bound to do in almost everyone’s
life from time to time. This peace and happiness is what everyone is
really looking for, even though they may not realise it and think that
it is actually money or success they want.
I know these meditation techniques and the other integral transformative
practices I have
incorporated into the LIT programme work because firstly, they are based
on practices that are literally thousands of years old, practices
that have
been used and refined by millions of people from different spiritual and
religious traditions throughout
the ages, many of whom have been enlightened masters, and secondly, I
have tried and tested all of them
on myself and on my personal coaching clients and people who have
attended my Lifeshops™
over a number of
years and so I know they work.

Q: Why
are the LIT programme and the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack so revolutionary? With so many other personal development
programmes and spiritual paths out there, what makes this one different?
A: As I said, it
works to produce the highest states of peace, joy and ultimately,
enlightenment, in those who practise the techniques diligently! The
fact that it works and works faster than anything else I know of out
there is the primary differentiating feature from most other personal
development programmes and spiritual practices and paths. And there is a lot of
material and teaching out there telling people either that happiness
is to be found in achieving success and acquiring material wealth in the
world, which is a delusion, or that happiness can only be found by
believing in their version of God and doing
various rituals repeatedly, most of which usually do not serve to bring about much,
if any, change in the person’s underlying state of consciousness and
the inner peace they experience in their lives.
However, don’t make the mistake of thinking that the LIT
programme is a
quick and easy path to enlightenment that requires no effort. You still
have to be disciplined about making the time and integrating the various
practices into your life, but the
difference is you can see significant results in weeks or months rather
than in many years or never. Having said this, I can guarantee that you will start to
experience more inner peace, joy and happiness in
your life as soon as you start practising the meditation techniques in
the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack and the
other integral transformative practices in the LIT
programme regularly.
Another differentiating feature of the Pack is that it uses modern
technology to enhance the ancient
practice of meditation, so it is a fusion
of the old with the new. The binaural-beat sound frequencies
incorporated into the Lifesync™ tracks that are part of the Pack ‘entrain’
the brain waves to frequencies that scientific research tells us
correspond with very peaceful, even blissful states where there is
little or no conscious thought happening. ‘Entrainment’
is the process where one thing vibrating at a certain frequency causes
another in close proximity exposed to the same frequency to start
vibrating at the same frequency, like a tuning fork that causes another
tuning fork to make the same sound when struck and held close to the other.
The less active
your mind, the slower the frequency of brain waves and the more peaceful
and relaxed you become. Listening to the Lifesync™ frequencies with
stereo head phones entrains the brain to that frequency, giving you the
same experience as someone who has been using a conventional method of
meditating without binaural beats to assist them to access these deep
states at which their brain waves are oscillating much more slowly than
they would normally do, states that usually take them years of dedicated meditation to start
accessing. This saves you a huge
amount of time and effort and can greatly speed up your attainment of mastery and increase the amount of time and depth with which you experience inner
peace.
The third unique feature
of the Pack and, for that matter, the whole LIT
programme, is that it fuses the Eastern
and Western spiritual traditions. Most Eastern
religions and spiritual paths
have the goal of attaining a state of ‘no
mind’, the ‘nirvana’
of Buddhism and ‘samadhi’
of Hinduism, for example. The western mind has been so trained to think
that many westernised people find it very difficult to get into a state
where their mind is not busy thinking and a path that focuses only on
this goal is unlikely to work that well for many people in the west or
westernised countries who have started to adopt the western mode of
rational thinking as the be-all and end-all of their conscious
development. The
spiritual traditions originating in the Middle East and Greece that have
formed the backbone of Western spirituality and religions focus on acquiring knowledge that
creates the wisdom that leads to right
thought and action naturally. The 10-step
Radical Forgiveness process
incorporated into the ‘Forgiveness’ meditation process is both the
distillation and the practical application of this wisdom to help you to
perceive yourself and the world correctly, which is the right
thinking that leads to right action alluded to by these traditions.

Q:
You have mentioned forgiveness a number of times. Why is it so important
to one’s spiritual growth?
A: It is critical for
your own spiritual growth and peace of mind as well as for the tangible
exterior results you experience in life that you truly forgive
yourself, others and the whole world as you perceive it and see
that Oneness, or ‘God’, as it has also been called, is
your (and everyone’s and every living thing’s) true reality. Only when
you can see that this Oneness is all there really is, and all else is an
insubstantial illusion, will you truly find ‘the
peace of God that passes all understanding’ enlightened people
throughout the ages have all experienced and spoken of.
The ego, the seemingly
separated sense of self that is full of fear and grasping desire to be
and get more out of that fear, will resist this understanding with all
its will, as it means the end of the ego, but the Radical Forgiveness process shows people how to get around the block of the ego
and its unforgiving thoughts and eventually let it and these dark
thoughts go completely into the nothingness they always were. If you truly forgive successfully, your life will flow
forward under the perfect guidance of Spirit and you will have saved
yourself many forgiveness lessons and much pain and suffering; if not,
what you resist will continue to persist, your ego will continue drawing
pain, suffering, limitation and conflict into your experience until you have
had enough and are ready to surrender the ego and open yourself up to
the pure unconditional love that comes from your true Self. The path
of non-forgiveness or resistance is the painful way to attain enlightenment as it
involves the collapse of the egoic self’s identity under the weight of
the suffering it has created for itself and a consequent rebirth into an
awareness of one’s oneness with All That Is (God), and so has been
called the ‘way of the Cross’
because of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion and subsequent resurrection
that exemplified this path.
The path of radical and
relentless forgiveness
is a far easier, and usually quicker, way to enlightenment, and
practising the radical forgiveness process relentlessly and continuously
on everyone and everything
about which you have any judgmental thoughts is the way to follow this
path. It entails slowly changing one’s perception of the world and
letting go of the thinking mind’s judgmental thoughts, which keep the
mind busy and unaware of the peace that lies beyond the mind's thoughts
of separation. Along with
meditation, which has the same goal of stopping the mind from thinking,
albeit achieved in a different way, it is the most powerful spiritual practice
for raising consciousness and restoring your inner peace, yet it is
overlooked by most religions, philosophies and personal development
approaches, which focus on ‘sin’, guilt and the fear of God in the
case of many religions, or achievement and material wealth in the
case of the personal development or 'self-help' movement that has arisen
in the last few decades. Both thought systems are
delusional and rob you of inner peace, which is really the goal of
everyone, even if they have forgotten this temporarily and chosen other
goals or 'false idols' instead.
|
☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺ |
Q: Please elaborate on
exactly how the Radical Forgiveness process helps people to let go of
their judgmental thoughts?
A: By helping them to realise
that the world they perceive is all an illusion and in fact their
projected illusion, so there is no reality other than the one they
create for themselves through their perception. Forgiveness
simply recognises the truth that what you thought others or the world in
general has done to you has not really occurred other than in your
own illusory dream or nightmare. When you completely overlook the illusion
of what apparently has been done to you and the illusion of the world in which it has
apparently been done, and see the Divine essence that you and everyone
and every living thing really is – 'no-thing', that which is
beyond time, space and form - you invoke the same formless Spirit to
rise in their own mind and soul. This breaks down the negative energy
blocks in the mind / soul created by the negative, judgmental thoughts
of the ego that keep you stuck in your undesirable life situation and
releases the blockage so the situation and your life can flow forward
naturally under the guidance of Spirit, which is infinitely intelligent
and never makes mistakes, something that can’t be said of the ego,
which is itself a mistaken belief in an illusory identity.
The 10-step Radical Forgiveness process is incorporated
into the ‘Forgiveness’ meditation process, which, when done
while listening to binaural beat frequencies that slow down your mind so
your brain is producing predominantly Alpha, Theta and Delta waves, make it even more
powerful. You can and should also use
the radical forgiveness process as and when you need to forgive
something during the course of the day, as well as before
bed when reflecting on the events of the day. If you have truly had
enough of living in a stressed and unhappy state, practising the radical
forgiveness process included in the
Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack and the LIT
programme will help you systematically change your
mind about yourself and the world completely and find the inner peace
that comes with this changed perception.

Q: What impact will
people see on my life if I follow the LIT programme
and meditate using the techniques in the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack diligently?
A: To use an analogy, most people’s lives are like a continual boxing
contest between the two parts of themselves, their true Self or
Spirit and
their ego, which are always at odds with each other. The ego
seems to have all the power it takes to win – it loves fighting, is
big, mean, aggressive and will resort to any underhanded, dirty tactics
to win. Think of Mike Tyson and you will have a good idea of what the ego is all
about!
Our true Self or Spirit,
on the other hand, is not really interested in fighting at all and so is
continually being beaten up and knocked down by the seemingly bigger,
stronger ego. Think of Spirit as Rocky
Balboa in the 'Rocky' movies, particularly the Rocky IV
movie where he
fights the bigger, stronger Russian in Russia and gets knocked down
repeatedly, but eventually wins. Rocky is up against the home crowd and
the referee and judges, who are all extremely biased towards the Russian,
just like Spirit is apparently up against the ego in its self-created world of violence,
conflict and separation in all its forms.
Although Spirit may be knocked down repeatedly by the ego, it can
never be knocked out, as it is indestructible,
being who and what you truly are, and always gets up no matter what kind
of beating it takes, much like Rocky, whose courage helps him to get up
every time he is knocked down by the Russian, which happens repeatedly.
Most people have no idea how to fight the ego and so they repeatedly get
floored by it and for many, the only way they will one day stop the
internal boxing match they are having is if the ego punches itself out
and collapses from exhaustion, which is the way of the ‘Cross’ I
referred to above, and they ultimately achieve the victory of Spirit
over the ego, which is enlightenment. This process can
take a very long time and happen in many different boxing contests
(lifetimes) because the true Self or Spirit has not learned how to overcome the ego
properly.
When someone practises both meditation and forgiveness
repeatedly, it’s like they have suddenly become a southpaw,
an unconventional style that surprises the ego, and discovered how to jab with the right hand of meditation (the right, non-rational side
of the brain that meditation activates), which penetrates through the ego’s
wild, uncontrolled punching (thoughts), stopping it in its
tracks so the left hook of
forgiveness (the left brain’s ability to think through an issue
clearly, logically and systematically using the forgiveness process) can smack the ego on its temple, the centre of its
self-image, and not just knock it out, but annihilate it forever so there is
no more opponent to box and the battle is over forever (you attain
enlightenment and do not reincarnate into a human body again).
How long the process takes will vary, but it can take anything
from a few years to a few lifetimes once you really get serious about
it, depending on how
quickly your true Self becomes skilled at this one-two combination punch
of meditation and forgiveness and how
big and powerful the ego seems to be to you. As in professional
boxing, daily training and repetition is the only way to become a
champion, so you must practise the meditation techniques as well as the
forgiveness process relentlessly every day and at every opportunity.
Fortunately, this will not take the whole day, but only an hour to two
hours per day of focused time and short periods in between, as well as
constant awareness of the boxing match that is continually going on
between your ego and Spirit. Then watch miracles of healing and
transformation unfold in your life as your true Self finally begins to
win the battle for your mind and soul and you start reclaiming your
sanity and the inner peace that comes with it!

Q:
Do you guarantee this programme works? How do I know this will work and
not be just another programme that promises much and delivers very
little?
A: You have my personal guarantee, which is backed by an unconditional money-back guarantee.
If you follow the LIT
programme and meditate regularly - at least every second day - over a period
of 6 months and
you have not seen any worthwhile results, I will give you all the money
you invested in the LIT
programme or the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack
back. I know I will never have to do this, as neither the LIT
programme nor the Pack on its own can fail
to work if you put in the time meditating and do your forgiveness work properly because these are two techniques that
inevitably open your mind to the
truth, and truth always produces happiness when it is
kept in one's awareness.
Anyone who
doubts the value in this programme is welcome to go and do their own
research and see what else is out there in the market. They will not
find another comprehensive transformation programme that does everything the LIT
programme does, or another meditation product that combines detailed
instructions for doing a number of different meditation methods with
binaural-beat frequencies that induce states of calm and peace in the
same way as the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack
does, because there is no other transformational programme out there quite
like it,
and it is also more affordable than almost all other
transformational, personal development and meditation
programmes and binaural-beat frequencies on the market, so the value it offers is literally and
figuratively out of this world.
Ultimately, my product
and service is empowering people with the knowledge and techniques they
can practise in order to be happy and at peace with themselves,
and there is no greater attainment or goal in life than to be able to be
truly happy no matter what the circumstances of your life happen to
be at any given time. This
mastery of how to be happy
is what the process of attaining enlightenment is all about.
My question to you is: can you afford not to invest the time necessary
to do the
LIT
programme
and meditate using the techniques and frequencies in the
Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack
and remain stressed and in dis-ease, which is the
root cause of all disease, one day longer? Life is short and every day
is precious, so this is my invitation to you to let me help you make the
most of it by investing your time and money in doing the
LIT
programme and in meditating properly using the Pack to guide you to attain the eternal peace and bliss you really long for.

Q: What is the ‘Meditation in
Motion’ technique and how did you learn it?
A: In 1998, I was a professional
squash player and one of the main reasons I learned the
Transcendental Meditation™ technique was that I thought that
meditation would help me to improve my squash, which is how I could
justify the considerable cost of the course to myself. When I told my
teacher that I was a professional squash player, he recommended I read a
book about the ancient
Indian Ayurvedic system of diet and exercise that gave me the
knowledge of how to breathe properly through my nose while I exercised. I
tried the breathing method the book talked about and persevered until I
could breathe through my nose while playing squash or doing the most intense
training, a process that took me about 3 to 4 months while I was
training intensively during the off-season. Within about 6 months, I was
fairly easily cruising through workouts that 6 months before would have
been very difficult and exhausting for me. I remember one occasion when
I played a league match I won fairly easily and then felt so good that I
went onto a free court afterwards and ‘ghosted’, a training method
where you move around the court and play shots without the ball or an
opponent that I normally experienced as very strenuous, for about half an hour non-stop and it felt almost effortless.
I experienced then what it was
like to be in the ‘Zone’
that athletes talk about and have been fortunate to have enjoyed many
similar experiences since then. I am no longer a full-time squash
player, but continue to play at a high competitive level without doing
much training or playing, something I credit mostly to the fact that I
breathe through my nose when exercising (and at all other times for that
matter), so the basis of my
fitness is the high efficiency with which I breathe and supply
oxygen to my muscles rather than continuous ‘stress-recover’ type training.
The breathing technique that
enables me to breathe very efficiently is the basis of the ‘Meditation in Motion’ meditation technique that is part of the Lifesync™
Meditation Power Pack. If you do any sport or exercise regularly, or would
like to, this technique will help you not only to enjoy
exercise far more, but also to improve
your performance fairly dramatically, although this will take
several months of exercising every day or a year or two of regularly
practising the breathing technique while you work out three or four times
per week
to fully
experience.
If you are just exercising for relaxation and your health,
your workouts will immediately become relaxing and enjoyable moving
meditations where your brain is in an Alpha
brainwave state rather than a stressed high-Beta state, which is
what happens when you breathe through your mouth while exercising.
If you are a competitive
athlete or sportsman, you will find that you can dramatically
improve your level of performance while reducing the perceived effort level
and increasing the enjoyment you experience over time, but it does require
patience to master the breathing technique, as you are activating parts
of your lungs that have not been used fully or at all, and this does
take
some time. The good news is that in activities requiring endurance, you
can ultimately expect to double your performance level with the same level of perceived effort or
perform at the same level as you
do currently with half the perceived effort level.
In all activities, the
Alpha brainwave state the nasal breathing helps to induce will make you
feel more relaxed, confident and at ease while you perform, a mental
state conducive to reaching ‘the Zone’, a state where high performance
occurs naturally and almost effortlessly.
|
☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺ |
Q: Does the programme conflict
with any religion?
A: No, it is experiential, and helps people to
free themselves of their conditioned minds and experience the inner peace and bliss that
are their natural states of being. It is the 'peace of God that passes all
understanding' that most religions talk about, the attainment of
which is the reason for
their founding, but which they have forgotten and so can’t lead their
followers to experience any more. The mystical branches of most
religions, such as the Gnostic Christians, the Kabbalists in the Jewish
religion and the Sufis in Islam, still know this truth experientially
and teach practices designed to help people experience this truth.
Whatever someone’s religious beliefs, this will help them to realise
more fully the truth at the core of their religion and will
enhance and deepen their understanding of and faith in God. It
will also help them to go beyond the mind's judgments of others for
their religious and other beliefs and begin appreciating the eternal truth that is
the essence of almost every religion: 'we are all One'.
