Dear
Seeker of Peace
Are you stressed out by what’s happening in the world and in
your life right now? As the industrial-age system that has
created what we have come to think of as ‘normal’ life in 'civilised'
societies rapidly disintegrates around us, do you find yourself
looking to the future with fear and trepidation,
suffering from a continuous anxiety that haunts you every
day and even by night in your dreams, an anxiety that you can
never really discover the root cause of but nevertheless seems
to be very real? And is this underlying anxiety causing havoc in
your life, creating dis-ease in your health, damaging your
relationships, sabotaging your ability to create wealth and
generally upsetting your balance in life?
If you have experienced any or all of the above, then you are in
the right place! What you are really seeking in life, whether
you recognise it or not at the moment, is freedom from the mind
that torments you, which automatically brings inner peace. You
may think the appellation 'Seeker of Peace' by which I
addressed you above a bit strange, as you may think that this is
not what you really want, or perhaps you do identify with it and
understand it completely. However, whether you identify with
being a seeker of peace at the moment or not is not important, as you will come to fully understand
it over
time if you choose to follow the path that I am going to show you.

But first, allow me to
introduce myself: my name is Jonathan Quail, and I would
really like to help you to find the inner peace and happiness
you really do long for and transform your life completely in
the process so you live a life that is truly balanced and in 'sync' with your
higher Self and in harmony with
nature and other life on this planet. |

And how
exactly am I going to accomplish this feat, when nothing much has
helped you to find this elusive inner peace in your life so far, you
may be wondering right now? By helping
you to find and live through your true Self, which
automatically brings you peace and happiness beyond your wildest
imagination. As my favourite book, A Course in Miracles,
says:
"Can you imagine what a state of mind without
illusions is? How it would feel? Try to remember when there was a
time — perhaps a minute, maybe even less — when nothing came to
interrupt your peace; when you were certain you were loved and safe.
Then try to picture what it would be like to have that moment be
extended to the end of time and to eternity. Then let the sense of
quiet that you felt be multiplied a hundred times, and then be
multiplied another hundred more. And now you have a hint, not more
than just the faintest intimation of the state your mind will rest
in when the truth has come."
The beauty of this
true awareness is that it also brings you health, good
relationships, wealth and success in whatever it inspires you to
undertake, so is very practical and productive in addition to
helping you to experience this 'peace that
passes all understanding'. But even these profound experiences
are just incidental benefits when compared with the awesome revelation of discovering who and what
you truly are, or what I call the 'MISSING TRUTH' within
you. And that is what you can start to know experientially through
meditation.
How do I
know all this? Because I have been meditating for over ten years and
have experimented with many different types of meditation during
these years, as well as many other transformative practices, and
have experienced all this myself. In short, I am just an ordinary guy who has been on an
extraordinary journey and had some extraordinary experiences

More and
more people around the world are asking themselves the ultimate
questions about who they are and why they
are here, and turning to the ancient
practice of meditation, which is, broadly speaking, any practice
that stills or calms the mind, to find the answers. I have recently created
the Lifesync™ Meditation
Power Pack based on my 10+ years of experience meditating using
different techniques to adapt these ancient
practices that have proven themselves over millennia so they are
more easily practised by a person living a frenetic modern lifestyle
with a mind that is used to being so busy thinking that it struggles
to become still and calm.
Adding binaural-beat
frequencies to the mix makes these techniques that much more
powerful because listening to these frequencies has been proven to slow down the brain’s activity
and corresponding brainwave patterns considerably. This synchronisation, or 'entrainment' as it is properly called, of
the brain waves with the frequency of the sound flowing through the
brain means the majority of the brain waves present in the brain
start oscillating at lower frequencies that have been proven to
correspond with inner states of feeling in
'flow', creative, peaceful, joyful and even blissful, states
that are what almost all meditation practices are designed to
induce.
So although modern technology has been
responsible for much of the 'busyness' of the mind that is the
problem, it has also presented an extremely powerful solution: the
ability to create and mass produce binaural-beat frequencies that
can be listened to by millions of people affordably. It
is a technology that may just save the human race from
self-destructing, as the more people that meditate, the higher the
consciousness of the societies they are part of and of humanity as a whole and the lower the level
of conflict and violence in society and the world.
This was powerfully
demonstrated when 4,000 practitioners of Transcendental Meditation™, one of the
most widely practised forms of meditation in the west, convened in
Washington D.C. in the U.S. for 6 weeks during the summer of 1993 to
meditate as a group twice a day. The level
of crime in the city dropped by 25% during this 6-week period
compared with the level recorded by the police department in the
same 6-week period of the previous few years, a decrease that was
predicted in advance based on several previous studies done on a
smaller scale. So not only will meditating improve your own life
dramatically, you will be doing your part to make this a more peaceful, happier world for all to live
in and, dare I say it, to ensure the survival of our species

You must practise meditation over an extended period of time in order to
start experiencing its full benefits, but I can promise that you
will enjoy immediate rewards from the first session of any
meditation method you use: you will find the meditation process is
itself enjoyable and you will feel more
relaxed, alert and productive afterwards at the very least.
Through my process of experimenting with meditation in the last few
years, I have created three very powerful
meditation techniques that I have found have worked very powerfully in different ways to
transform my life. I have showed a number of people how to
practise these techniques in my meditation and other workshops, but
wanted to help other people to experience the same profound benefits
as I have, so I have created the Lifesync™ Meditation Power
Pack that gives detailed instructions
for doing these 3 different meditation methods and includes 8 different frequencies you can
listen to while meditating to deepen your meditative state and
experience more peace and bliss.
No matter who you are,
where you live or what age you are, I know that practising these
techniques while listening to the sound frequencies can help you to
find inner peace and joy as you awaken to who you truly are and
bring you some amazing fringe benefits of radiant health, more loving relationships,

happens. If you are already an experienced meditator, I

About the Lifesync™ Meditation Power
Pack
The Lifesync™ Meditation Power Pack,
which, as I have already mentioned, has been developed by me through
many years of meditating and trying different meditation methods,
along with intensive reading and research and my own personal life
experiences, is designed to show you how to
practise three different meditation techniques to experience
states of 'flow', creativity, inspiration, peace, joy and
even bliss that lie beyond the conscious, rational and even the
subconscious minds.
The Pack includes detailed instructions for doing three different
meditation methods, as well as
binaural-beat sound frequencies that
enhance the meditation through ‘entrainment’ of the brainwaves to a
specific frequency, in much the same way as a tuning fork vibrating
at a certain frequency to produce a musical note will cause another
tuning fork placed next to it to vibrate at the same rate and hence
produce the same note. To illustrate how the process works by way of
example, a sound wave with a frequency of 96 Hertz is put through
one ear of the listener wearing stereo head phones and one with a
frequency of 90 Hertz through the other ear, setting up a wave with
a 6-Hertz frequency in the brain that in time entrains most of the brainwaves produced by the
brain to a frequency of 6 Hertz as well.
So what’s the big deal
about having your brainwaves at a 6-Hertz frequency, or any other
frequency for that matter, you may well ask? Well, extensive
scientific research has shown that brainwave states correlate almost
perfectly with the states of consciousness of the people whose
brainwaves were monitored. Electrical activity in the brain sets up
these brainwave patterns, and the more neural activity caused by
thinking, the more waves are generated, i.e. the higher the
frequency of these brainwaves.
When our brainwaves have been oscillating at
frequencies of between 13 and 30 Hertz,
known as a ‘Beta’ brainwave pattern,
for
several hours at a stretch, which is typical of the average
person engaged in focused mental activity or other normal activities
during the day, we start to feel stressed
and fatigued, which is our brain’s way of telling us that it
needs a break. In fact, the higher the
brainwave frequency, the more stressed and unhappy people in
many studies done on the subject reported feeling. The bottom line
is that while high mental activity and the Beta brainwaves that go
with it are necessary for many of the activities we undertake in our
daily lives, as they keep us alert and able to respond quickly to
external stimuli – for example, driving in rush hour traffic would
be hazardous without a certain amount of Beta brainwaves - when our
brains are in a Beta state for too long, we feel stressed, fatigued,
irritable or downright angry (which explains why road rage is a
fairly common phenomenon in modern society!).
People with brain
waves oscillating at frequencies of between
7 and 13 Hertz, known as an ‘Alpha’
brainwave state, reported feelings of relaxation, calm, contentment and happiness
and were able to concentrate almost
effortlessly on whatever task or activity was at hand. If you
enjoy doing certain things to relax and unwind – perhaps watching a
good movie or listening to soothing music – it’s because the
activity slows down your thinking and causes your brainwaves to
oscillate in an Alpha range, which relaxes your mind and body.
People with brainwaves
oscillating at between 3.5 and 7 Hertz,
known as a ‘Theta’ brainwave state, feel
deeply relaxed and are able to use their
imagination and intuition to produce
inspired ideas that can simply not be brought forth when one is
in a Beta or even Alpha brainwave state. Theta is the brainwave
state that is necessary to produce all creative and original ideas,
and is truly the womb of what we call
‘genius’. To go back to our previous example, knowing how to
induce your brainwaves to oscillate at a frequency of 6 Hertz, which
using the binaural-beat sound frequencies that come as part of the
Pack greatly increases the probability of, now becomes of great
significance, because it allows you to unlock the genius within you to solve
problems and produce creative ideas that can transform your life and outer circumstances
in amazing ways.
When the brain is characterised by brainwaves
predominantly oscillating at between 1.5 and
3.5 Hertz, known as a ‘Delta’ state,
the conscious and unconscious mind is completely still. Meditators
who have entered a Delta state have
transcended the conscious mind and entered a state of deep peace
beyond the mind that is usually only ever experienced in deep sleep
or a coma. Advanced meditators, usually after years of disciplined
meditation, can consciously induce a state of non-thinking or ‘no mind’ in meditation, which lowers their
brainwaves to these very low Delta frequencies, to experience a peace and joy so profound that it defies
description and understanding by the conscious mind. This is the
‘peace of God that passes all
understanding’, as some have called it, spoken of and written
about for millennia by mystics from all over the world and many
different spiritual traditions.
Listening to binaural-beat frequencies designed
to produce Delta-range frequencies and hence brainwaves with Delta
frequencies allows someone to attain the same transcendent states of
consciousness and corresponding blissful experiences as these
advanced meditators and mystics after only a few weeks or months of
meditating, speeding up that person's
progress and the rewards they enjoy through that progress by years or even decades.
There are also Gamma
waves oscillating at 40 Hertz in the brain that have recently
been discovered, which scientists think are what allow us to unify our
sense perceptions and thoughts occurring in different areas of
the brain into one coherent experience and interpret it
meaningfully. These gamma waves help to synchronise the left and right hemispheres
of the brain responsible for logical, rational thought and creative,
intuitive thought respectively. People who are able to marry the
seemingly opposite thinking styles of their left and right brains
feel very connected to everyone and everything and also have the
ability to produce very creative ideas and work in whatever their
chosen field is, as they can literally see the whole picture - both
the detailed micro and the big picture macro views - rather than
only one or the other perception of it perceived through their
dominant left or right brain. This is the domain of genius
inhabited by all of the truly extraordinary and gifted geniuses who
have graced this planet with their presence throughout the ages.
The research shows
that entraining the brain waves to a single frequency repeatedly,
which is what listening to binaural-beat frequencies while
practising meditation does, automatically increases the permanent
prevalence of these Gamma waves in the brain, resulting in the
person doing the practice feeling increasingly connected to everyone and
everything else, more able to see the big picture and more creative
and intuitive. In other words, more Gamma
brainwaves are what distinguish great visionaries and geniuses from
others.
Research also shows that people whose brains
exhibit many waking delta waves have the ability to
manifest whatever they want quickly, so in case you think
meditating using the techniques and frequencies in the Lifesync™ Meditation Power Pack will
enlighten you, but this has little practical value in the world,
think again. The practical benefits will astound you - you will
be:

The following eight meditation tracks that will help
you enter different brain wave states in order to experience
different meditative states are included as part of the Lifesync™ Meditation

- Meditation After High
Mental Activity (15 minutes)
Designed for use when meditating after or in
between working or studying to induce an Alpha
brainwave state in which you can concentrate effortlessly and
absorb and understand information very easily. Also ideal to
listen to while exercising using the ‘Meditation in Motion’ meditation that is
one of the three meditation techniques in the Pack.
- Basic Meditation (10
minutes)
Ideal for a short ‘time
out’ meditation that will refresh and recharge you or to use
straight after the High Mental Activity frequency to slow down
your brainwaves even further and deepen your meditation.
- Deep Meditation (20
minutes)
Designed to put your brain into a deep Theta or
even Delta state where you transcend the conscious mind and

Listening to this track just before going
to sleep helps your brainwaves to move into the Alpha state that
is a prerequisite for falling asleep and helps you to sleep more deeply and
restfully. If you ever suffer from insomnia, listening to this
track before you sleep will help you to fall asleep easily, stay
asleep the whole night and sleep more deeply.
- Confidence (20
minutes)
This track features the soothing voice of a
trained hypnotherapist speaking affirmations designed to build your
self-confidence combined with the background sound of harmonious
music to induce an Alpha brainwave state where your
subconscious mind is open and receptive to the suggestions spoken,
re-programming it to allow old limiting beliefs to be replaced by
empowering beliefs that truly serve you.
- Recharge (10 minutes)
This track can be
listened to after any of the meditation tracks above to come out
of the meditation more quickly to a state of high, yet relaxed,
alertness.

MEDITATION METHODS IN THE MEDITATION POWER
PACK
There are three meditation methods that are
explained and for which detailed instructions are given in the Lifesync™ Meditation Power Pack,
which I have briefly described below:
1. Forgiveness Meditation
This meditation process, designed to take
approximately one hour and is best done immediately after waking up
in the morning, combines meditation with
a Radical Forgiveness process that is extremely
powerful in helping you to release negative emotions that may be
blocking your seven energy centres (chakras)
and the energy channels (nadis) that
connect them so that healing energy and love
can flow freely into and through your life. (Click

It is ideal to listen
to the 'Deep Yoga' binaural-beat
meditation that is part of your Lifesync™ Meditation Power
Pack while doing the Forgiveness meditation, as it
is 73 minutes long so your meditation will not be interrupted by the
track ending, and it is also designed to take you into a deep-theta state that will help you to gain maximum benefit from this powerfully
transformative meditation.
2. Bliss
Meditation
This meditation is about letting go and letting
yourself surrender into a state of peaceful
bliss where the conscious mind is only minimally active or not
active at all. It is a passive meditation designed to help you to
find the ‘peace that passes all
understanding’ whenever you use it and to carry that inner peace with you wherever
you go and infuse it everything you do with it. Regularly
experiencing the profound inner peace that comes in this state will
allow you to experience more of this ‘Beingness’ in your daily life and be in a
peaceful and happy state far more of the
time. You will also find yourself becoming more creative and productive, having new
insights into yourself, your life and your problems and generally
becoming unblocked, as the powerful forces you are tapping into
during meditation start to work miracles in your life, heralding the dawn of a new life lived in peace and
joy.
This 'Bliss'
meditation is ideal to do as your late
afternoon or early evening meditation when you may be a bit
tired, as it requires no conscious effort and such a drowsy state
means the mind’s activity is already slower than normal and can
easily be quietened even more from this state where the brainwaves
are oscillating in the Alpha range into a state where Theta or Delta
frequencies predominate. Listening to the 'Deep Meditation' binaural-beat track that
is part of your Lifesync™ Meditation Power Pack
while doing the ‘Bliss’ meditation is ideal, as this meditation
should be done for at least 20 minutes to allow you enough time to
sink into a deep meditative state and this track is 20 minutes
long.
3. Meditation in Motion

The breath is key to having a ‘meditation in motion’ experience
while you exercise, and the breathing technique you will learn
by investing in the Lifesync™ Meditation
Power Pack will help you not only to enjoy exercise far more, but also to
improve your performance fairly
dramatically, although this will take several months of
regular exercise or a year or two of regularly practising the
breathing technique while you exercise to fully
experience. |

If you are just exercising for relaxation and
your health, your 'workouts' will
immediately start become relaxing and enjoyable 'moving
meditations' where your brain is in an Alpha
brainwave state rather than a stressed high-Beta state, which is
what happens when you breathe through your mouth while exercising.
If you are a competitive athlete or
sportsman, you will find that you can
dramatically improve your level of performance and reduce the perceived effort level at the
same time as increasing the enjoyment you experience from your
chosen sport over time. In sports requiring endurance, you can
ultimately expect to double your performance level with the same
level of perceived effort or perform at
the same level as you do currently with half the perceived
effort. In all activities, the Alpha brainwave state the nasal
breathing helps to induce will make you feel more relaxed, confident
and at ease while you perform, a mental state conducive to reaching
‘the Zone’ state where high performance
occurs almost effortlessly.

Allow me to digress briefly and tell you
my own experience of this 'Zone'
and how I discovered it. In 1998, I was a professional squash player and the
teacher who taught me the Transcendental Meditation™ technique
I learned in order to try and improve my squash recommended I
read a book that, amongst other things, taught me how to
breathe properly through my
nose while I
exercised. |

I tried the breathing methods the book talked
about and persevered until I could breathe through my nose while
playing squash or doing the most intense training, a process that
took me about 3 to 4 months while I was training intensively during
the squash off-season. Within about 6 months, I was fairly easily
cruising through workouts that 6 months before would have been very
difficult and exhausting for me. I remember one occasion when I
played a league match I won fairly easily and then felt so good that
I went onto a free court afterwards and ‘ghosted’, a training method
where you move around the court and play shots without the ball or
an opponent, for about half an hour non-stop and it felt almost effortless.
I experienced then what it was like to be in
the ‘Zone’ that athletes talk about and have
been fortunate to have enjoyed many similar experiences since then.
I am no longer a professional squash player, but continue to play at
a high competitive level without doing much training or playing,
certainly far less than other players playing at the same level,
something I credit mostly to the fact that I breathe through my nose
when playing and training (and at all other times for that matter),
so the
basis of my fitness is the high efficiency with which I breathe
and supply oxygen to my muscles rather than
continuous ‘stress-recover’ type training.
Whatever type of
exercise you like to do - from rhythmic exercise like walking, jogging, aerobics and
cycling to more explosive sports involving irregular bursts of
motion like squash, tennis, rugby and soccer
- this breathing technique will transform your exercise
experience into one that you look forward to with anticipation and
relish while you are doing, rather than dread and resist. And we all
know that the only way to continue doing something in the long-term
is to ensure you enjoy it, which means that you will willingly and
eagerly exercise for the rest of your (extended) life, enjoying all
the well-documented benefits of exercise in
the process.

The frequencies are in MP3 file format
that can be played with any player that reads MP3 files, such as an
Apple iPod or any computer that has Windows Media Player or any
other common music player installed on it.
You will either need

Your current mind-dominated state is almost
